At All About Sewing our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, as sometimes you cannot get out of the house! Every day, we deliver to customers across North America, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Free Shipping and What Qualifies:

Domestic Machines:

Domestic machine purchases, which fit in a shipping container less than 36" wide on any side, DO qualify for free shipping and will be shipped immediately following funds confirmation. 

Industrial Machines:

Industrial Machines DO NOT qualify for free shipping, you will be billed immediately after purchase for the balance of your machine. After, when your machine is ready to be shipped a payment request will be sent for freight before the machine is released. 

Free Shipping Exceptions: 

Products described below are excluded from All About Sewing's Free Shipping Program unless otherwise advertised on the promotions tab or the individual product page.

Quilting frames
Items that exceed 36",
(assembled and/or in packaging, on any side.)


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the shipping department for dispatch within 24 hours on all business days, after the order is placed. The shipping department will then process the orders, which could take an additional 3–4 business days.

Shipping Time: 

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. You will be provided with a tracking number so you may follow your package.

Please remember to include business days and statutory holidays when calculating your arrival dates, these are dates the postal service is not operating. We will make every effort to have your purchase shipped as quickly as possible!

Industrial machines are classified by All About Sewing as both Industrial Sewing Machines, any Multi-Needle Embroidery Machine, as well as the Brother PR Series Machines.
