Mimaki’s has undisputed expertise in the digital textile sector. This is reflected in the innovative new Tx300P-1800 MKII. It has capability to print direct onto almost any type of natural or man-made fabric. Effortlessly combining quality and high speed, Tx300P-1800 MKII is ideally suited to applications such as fashion, furnishing, soft signage and exhibitions.

New printhead allows printing on various types of textile. When printing on raised fibre surface textiles, a high head gap setting is required to prevent contact between the printhead and the nap. In conventional models, these gap conditions reduce the accuracy of ink droplet placement. However, the new printhead ejects ink droplets at a high speed to maintain the straightness of the droplet direction, and accordingly accurate ink droplet placement is achieved. This enables high-quality printing on napped or thick textiles.

The tension applied to the textile during printing is varied according to changes in the outer diameter of the front and rear rolls. The Tx300P-1800 MKII monitors the applied tension and uniformly applies the optimum tension using the front and rear tension bars. High-quality printing is achieved during high-speed printing or even when using a large textile roll.

Continuous operation support pack minimizes the downtime

The Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) detects nonfunctioning nozzles and automatically cleans them. If the nozzles fail to operate after cleaning, defective nozzles are replaced by non-defective ones until a technician arrives, and printing is continued. This feature enables uninterrupted print operations and continuous productivity.

Our products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, provided the product is unopened and in "like-new" condition*. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless a mistake by All About Sewing has occurred (we shipped the wrong product, confirmed machine compatibility etc.), then AAS will provide a shipping label. The returned goods must include a copy of the original receipt, your email address, shipping address, return approval and phone number. If you send back an item for a return without confirmation from the store first, you will be solely responsible for shipping, even under store error.

If you happen to choose a product that is a special order item, we will order it within 48 hours to ensure there is not a lengthy delivery time. This can create a delay of 2-3 weeks.
